ROLE OF A SELLER'S AGENT

The role of a seller’s agent is just the opposite of that of the Buyer’s Agent. After a “Listing Agreement is signed by the broker and the Seller a fiduciary relationship exists between the two parties. The seller’s agent may still help a buyer in purchasing the property but his or her duty of loyalty is only to the seller(s). The Seller’s agent is paid by the sellers per the listing agreement.
