Carroll County
Property Tax: $1.048 ($0.112)
County Transfer Tax: 0% (0.5% state)
Recordation Tax: $10.00/$1000

Anne Arundel County*
Property Tax: $0.918 ($0.112 state)
County Transfer Tax: 1% (0.5% state)
Recordation Tax: $7.00/$1000
